You can cancel your order within 3 (three) working days of placing your order with us, we will refund your order if cancelled within this 3 working day time frame. All items are made to order, handpicked and carefully packaged. We ensure all items are quality checked before dispatch and do not accept returns or issue refunds unless in connection with a pre-agreed cancellation or faulty packaging enquiry .

If for any reason your item is damaged in the post (or during delivery), please email us straight away and we will be happy to send you a replacement item. We may request you return the faulty item to us (or provide photographic evidence), Please Note: you will be required to cover postage costs, if we request the item to be returned, please note: all items should be returned in their original packaging.
